HeadQuarters produces shows showcasing some of the amazing talent we have here in Winnipeg.

Here at HeadQuarters Improv we believe in the magic that is improvisational theatre/ comedy. From
improv basics 101, to long & short form formats, to shows, to workshops, to guaranteed entertainment:
we are all unscripted, all the time. We are Winnipeg’s only HeadQuarters Improv.

Kristina Guevarra started doing high school improv through the Canadian Improv Games as a student player in 2012. Since then she has performed in a handful of Winnipeg local comedy bars, the Winnipeg Fringe Festival, the Royal Manitoba Master Playwrite’s Festival, The University of Winnipeg Improv Festival, Quebec’s Improv U Summer Camp, Nuit Blanche, the Winnipeg Improv Festival + more! Kristina is a classically trained improviser and is passionate about diversifying her improv community through artistic pursuit and prioritizing inclusion.

George Hudson

George Hudson moved to Winnipeg from Portsmouth, England when he was 16. He started improv shortly after that and quickly fell in love. In school, he was lucky enough to be trained by Margo Kehler, who introduced him to life long friends and mentors, Aaron Merke and Lee White. Following high school improv, he joined the Dungeons and Dragons improv show in 2009. He has performed with the cast at CBC comedy festival, Winnipeg improv festival and 10 consecutive Winnipeg fringe festivals. George has combined his love of improv with his Red Seal in culinary arts, and has been the Head Chef at improv camp in British Columbia since 2013. In 2018 He became the Co-regional producer of the Canadian Improv Games Manitoba region. George loves performing and teaching improv and wants everyone to try it!
